Youth Performance Training (Ages 10–14)

Train. Strengthen. Compete.

Building confidence and control for competitive play

The Youth Performance (YP) program is designed for athletes who have already learned basic volleyball skills and developed a certain level of ball control.

At VolleyUs, this program serves as the next step after the Minis Program, helping young players strengthen their fundamentals while introducing more challenging drills, faster movements, and game-like situations.

Through focused technical repetition and guided competitive drills, players will continue improving their consistency, movement, and decision-making on the court — preparing them to participate in beginner-level youth competitions.

They will refine their skills in passing, setting, hitting, serving, and defense, while also learning blocking, court positioning, rotations, teamwork, and game strategy.
